EEK!

I just noticed that it has been a month since I last updated! WOW! We have been so busy lately, I haven't even had a chance to look at blogs! Kale has been up to SOO much, and I have been taking pictures but it feels like all these weeks just mush together! And with the wedding coming up in TWO WEEKS, I am kinda busy planning and getting ready for that! But I'll try to recap the last month for all of you!

- Kale turned 8 MONTHS OLD!!

- He weighs 23 lbs 3 oz!

- 28 1/2 in. tall

- wearing 18-24 month clothing

- in size 4 diapers and size 5 nighttime diapers

- I quit breastfeeding at the beginning of September. I defintely think it was harder on me than Kale.

- The first night I quit nursing Kale slept through the night, which makes me so SAD! The middle of the night feedings was my only cuddle time! :(

- I started a new job at the MedcenterOne Dickinson Clinic and LOVE it!

- Kale started a new daycare, and the same day he started just happened to be the same night that he slept through the night!

- Also on the 1st day of daycare, I got a call from Renee (my daycare lady) that one of the other little boys who is 15 months old BIT Kale. Must of been marking his territory :)

- Daycare wears Kale out. There are 2 little boys around his age that he plays with, and they have so much fun! When Nathan picks him up he is just exhausted, and usually eats supper and goes straight to bed!

- He got his 5th and 6th teeth (tooth?) hehe!
- he LOVES Hide and Seek. We play almost every night. He loves when I hide behind the couch and he will come around and see me, then crawl as fast as he can towards Nathan, while I chase him and he will just giggle! so fun!

- He is turning into quiet the little man! I don't think I could love him anymore. He has such a personality and I love watching him learn and discover new things. Being a mom is seriously the best job in the world! Here are some pics from the last month!

[6 months]

I know Mom's kinda late on the blog but I was 6 months old at the beginning of July. and here are my stats.

Weight-22 lbs

Height-28 in

Head- I don't remember :)

I crawl EVERYWHERE and I am always busy

I say Mama, Dada, Yum, and some other word that sounds like "ball"

I try to stand up on everything, but I fall a lot because I don't have good balance!

I'm really not into baby food anymore but I won't take a sippy.

I love pickles, blueberry bagels, popsicles, ice cream, and cocoa wheats!

I have 4 teeth now. 2 on top, 2 on bottom.

~This past weekend Nana Lisa got a hotel room in Bismarck, so Mommy, Daddy and me went swimming! It was the first time I've ever went and I loved it! I just floated around and watched all the crazy kids.

Then we went to the playpark in the mall! I had so much fun playing and crawling around on the cool carpet!

Prayers

This is Kaity today, and I just have a blog to share with you guys, I burst into tears when I read this woman's blog because of her story. Even though I don't know them, it still hits your heart. Her and her husband went through lots of infertility treatments and finally got pregnant. Then they found out that their baby had a rare heart defect and they were told that it wasn't good. Their son was born on June 7th and died June 18th. I encourage you to go read the blog, it is really SAD because she does add some pictures that aren't very pretty but it makes you SO GRATEFUL for having healthy children. So just put this couple in your prayers that they can get through this hard time!

Best Friends

Last week Adisyn came and stayed with us for a few days! We had SOOO much fun! Kale just loves Adisyn and just watches her with amazement! Here are a few pics from when she was here!
